Inquiry Learning
At St Paul the Apostle we take an ‘Inquiry’ approach to learning. This complements our culture of thinking as it is based on curiosity, discovery and the exploration of worthwhile questions. Through their inquiry units of learning, children learn about how their world works and the ways that they, as global citizens, can work within our world. Using the content knowledge, skill and values from subjects across the curriculum, students inquire into key issues from the different perspectives of history, science, geography, economics, the arts, technology, religious education, wellbeing and more. Through these inquiries they develop their skills and capabilities in critical and creative thinking, personal and social wellbeing, ethical and intercultural understanding.
